Privacy Notice

Properr is operated by Asia Kitaichik (trading as “Properr”), who is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: support@properr.lovable.app.

Account data — email address, password (stored hashed), account creation and sign-in timestamps. Used to create and secure your account and give you access to the service. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

Content you submit — advert text, URLs and CSV files you upload, and the reports generated from them. Used to provide the analysis you asked for and to show your history. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

Subscription data — your plan, status, renewal dates and the identifiers our payment provider returns. Used to grant and manage access to paid features. Legal basis: performance of a contract. We never see or store your card details.

Support messages — what you send us and our replies. Used to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interests in supporting our users.

Usage and technical data — IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, error logs. Used for security, fraud prevention, debugging and improving the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Marketing — if you opt in, we may email you product updates. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.

· Service providers acting as processors: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, AI model providers that process submitted advert text to generate reports, and web page retrieval services used when you import a listing by link.
· Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
· Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.
· Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some providers process data outside the EEA/UK. Where that happens we rely on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate additional safeguards.

Account and content data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion or prolonged inactivity, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Billing and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires (typically 10 years in Italy). Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months.

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests or withdraw consent at any time. Email support@properr.lovable.app and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage, row-level access controls on our database and least-privilege access for administrators.

We use essential cookies and local storage only — to keep you signed in and to remember your language choice. We do not use advertising cookies. Our checkout provider sets its own cookies needed to process a payment. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but the service may stop working correctly if you do.
